Important Points

Take the following points into consideration when submitting your work for publication :

  • Several Publication windows are introduced in this Call including Conference Proceedings and indexed journals. Make sure to Select ONLY ONE of the Publication opportunities. Simultaneous submissions can potentially lead to copyright violations or disputes if the work is published in different publications.
  • Check the scope of each publication opportunity and select the ONE that best matches the theme of your paper.
  • Strictly follow the submission guide for each publication opportunity.
Deadline for Journal Publication Opportunities: 24 April 2025

Conference Proceedings will be published with ISBN Number. All full papers submitted for conference proceedings will be accepted through a double-blind review process and will be published electronically in proceedings with a DOI number. To submit your paper for proceedings publication, prepare your paper according to the template and submit your final full paper.

Peer-Reviewed Journal Publication

Important NOTES before Journal Submission:

  1. Carefully read the Scope of the selected journal before submission, otherwise your paper will be rejected without a review process.
  2. The decision of whether or not the submission can be included in the journal publication remains at the full discretion of the journal editors and is subject to the results of the double-blind peer review and the satisfactory completion of any revisions required.
  3. If your full paper has been published in the conference proceeding you are highly recommended to modify your paper and also inform the Journal Editor about the publication of a preliminary version of the work in the conference proceeding.
  4. If you select a journal with a Direct Submission Link, include a note to the Editorial Board with information about the conference and the Organizer.

Only manuscripts submitted via the online journal system https://www.dpublication.com/journal/EJEST/login would be considered for review unless an exception was made by the Editor to accept submission through a different method.

In order to submit a paper, an author is required to create an online account on EJEST’s website. By submitting a manuscript via the online submission process, the author accepts all the terms and conditions and agrees to comply with the policies set by EJEST. If authors have any questions or concerns regarding any of the policies or rules stipulated by EJEST, they should contact the editors and pause their submission until they receive a definitive answer.

Manuscript format:

  • Microsoft word document sent in the .doc or .docx format.
  • Locking and protecting a document is prohibited.
  • A separate title page that includes the title, authors, contact information, affiliations, and date should be provided in order to ensure the anonymity of each paper due to EJEST’s double-blind peer-review policy.
  • The main document must not contain any information that would allow the reviewers to identify the author.
  • Finally, make sure to upload a 100-150-word abstract along with the full paper.

Manuscript length:

  • 25-35 pages, including references, tables, figures, and appendix.

Document format:

  • Double-spaced, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman 12-point font.
  • The manuscript should follow the style detailed in the APA publication manual. An APA-style paper includes the following sections: title page, abstract, introduction, method, results, discussion, and references.
  • All pages must be numbered.

Text format:

  • Usage of multiple columns or other unnecessary formatting is prohibited.
  • Correct heading levels must be used with a maximum of 3 heading levels.

References format:

  • All references should be properly cited and correspond with the text citations.
  • Unless imperative to establish the foundation of a paper, references are required to be relevant and ideally limited to a 10-year span.
  • When available, make sure to include the Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) in the reference list.
