The second civil engineering conference was planned to be held in London from 26 to 28 July 2019. In response to the global coronavirus pandemic, the oral presenters at the conference opted to transition to virtual presentations.
Consequently, the ICIREP organizing committee decided to move the entire conference online. The virtual presentations took place through an online platform (Webinar), where participants actively engaged in dynamic discussions throughout the event.
